Today's big challenge

Today i ran into a big challenge, my land lord decided that my rent should go up $30 a month. This really bugged me because my lease stats in it "The landlord must not take away or make the tenant pay extra for a service or facility that is already included in the rent" and right above that is a little box saying electricity is included. obviously this is an illegal charge and landlords are always trying to stick you with things like this so i refused to pay. this jerked my landlord who threatened me with everything from eviction to legal action but i held firm and offered a compromise that i believed to be fair I offered $45 for the year witch is what my 5000 btu a/c says that it used she denied and continued to tell me that she would have her lawyer send me a letter and we agreed to say goodbye
by this point I'm fuming and so mad i was shaking i needed a smoke the urge was overpowering even though i was on the patch i still had a craving so i reached for one of my nicotine free lollipops ... and then another .... and then one more took a big drink of water and called my lawyer better to be proactive then reactive i always say :) now I'm sitting here having a lollipop writing this blog
